Step-by-Step Preparation

📌 Step 1: Prepping the Sabudana

  • Wash sabudana 2-3 times under running water until the starch is removed.
  • Soak in just enough water to cover the pearls for 4-6 hours (or overnight). The pearls should become soft and separate when pressed.

  • Heat ghee/oil in a pan.
  • Add cumin seeds and let them splutter.
