If you are unhappy with a product* that you purchase from swadescart, simply let us know within 2 days, and we will replace it or provide a full refund for the purchase price, including covering the shipping cost to return the item.

Exceptions
Unfortunately, we cannot accept returns on opened packages in any of size/circumstance unless there was a demonstrable packaging error on our part.
For liquid flavorings and extracts, we cannot accept returns on opened bottles.
For vanilla beans, we cannot accept returns on opened packages larger than 5 beans.
We strongly encourage you to inspect these products carefully before opening or order smaller sizes before purchasing in bulk.
