If you're not satisfied with any unopened item, simply inform us within 2 days to return it to us for an exchange or refund of its purchase price.
Returns
At swadescart, we take great pride in the quality of our products. We carefully inspect your order prior to shipment. Upon receipt, please inspect your purchase and notify us of any damage within 2 days of receiving your order. We will arrange for a prompt replacement.
To initiate a return for a replacement or refund, please contact Customer Service via chat/e-mail.
Please keep your packaging slip and provide it with your return, along with a note on how you would like to proceed with the return.
Exceptions
Unfortunately, we cannot accept returns on opened packages unless there was a demonstrable packaging error on our part.
For liquid flavorings and extracts, we cannot accept returns on opened bottles.
For vanilla beans, we cannot accept returns on opened packages larger than 5 beans.
We strongly encourage you to inspect these products carefully before opening or order smaller sizes before purchasing in bulk.
